The 40/60 Split — Enforced at the Platform Level
Every dollar of RWA revenue that enters the ecosystem is automatically split: 40% routes to the SVE buyback queue, 60% routes to staker distributions. This split is enforced by platform logic on every yield_inflow record — not a governance promise, not a team commitment. It cannot be changed without a 75% supermajority governance vote with a 30-day public comment period. Purchased SVE is permanently sent to the burn address rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrhoLvTp and cannot be recovered by any party including SovEarn.
